And our perfect medicine for this quench is The Elixir cocktail. Our bar team of mixologists have tested, tasted, and tested some more to find the perfect recipes, and this one does not disappoint. It is a gin-based blend of the beautiful flavours of peach liqueur, elderflower, cranberry, fresh lime, and muddled fresh mint leaves served shaken and chilled in a sophisticated martini glass. We do suggest that it improves the flavor while relaxing in our chilled out, good tunes atmosphere watching the boats come and go, and sipped even better people watching up and down the bougainvillea-lined boardwalk.
