At The Deck Café & Bar at Batu Karang Lembongan Resort & Day Spa, we have had an incredible season of Sunday Sunset Sessions, and they just keep getting better. The mix of International DJs we have hosted this year have been outstanding, and the night has even been recognized as a not-to-miss-night on The Asia Collective in their article, “The 10 Best Sunset Bars in Bali.” We roll with the punches (& tunes), and even rain won’t stop the music – we just adapt as we go. Last Sunday we hosted DJ Pyrope (BE) again who filled in for her friend DJ Niina, and had our guests dancing on the boardwalk and keeping our bartenders busy with the freshly shaken cocktails! It was a really good night to say the least, and we are sure the fresh sea is sorting out some sore heads this morning! But it was all worth it. We have three more Sunday Sunset Sessions before the end of the season, so please come by this weekend for DJ Glynn Tandy (UK), as the local celebrations of Nyepi Laut (Sea Seclusion Day; a day to honour the ruler of the seas Dewa Baruna where all water activities, including boat transfers, are ceased) will be the perfect way to honour the beautiful sea view that makes our Sunset Sessions so special.
